Our tickets, tables, and event services are time-sensitive and exclusive, so our return and refund policy ensures smooth operations and fair use for all guests.
1. General Policy

All tickets, entry passes, table bookings, and event reservations are 100% non-refundable once payment is completed.

By booking with The Leela Club Goa, you agree to the terms of this policy.
2. No-Show Policy

If a guest does not arrive at the venue on the booked date and time, no refund, rescheduling, or credit will be provided.

If arriving after the allowed entry time, the club may deny entry without any refund.
3. Date & Time Change Policy

Changing the date or time of a booking is not allowed.

In rare cases, if management approves, it is subject to:

Possible additional charges

(Management decision is final.)
4. Event Cancellation by The Leela Club Goa
If an event is cancelled or postponed by us due to technical issues, safety concerns, or operational reasons, guests will receive:

A full refund to the original payment method, OR
-
A credit voucher for any upcoming event at The Leela Club Goa.
Guests will be notified via SMS/WhatsApp/Email.
5. Entry Denial (No Refund)
Refunds will NOT be issued if entry is denied due to:

Violation of dress code

Misconduct, intoxication, or unsafe behaviour

Carrying banned/prohibited items
-
Use of fake or duplicated tickets

Security concerns or breach of club rules
6. Experience Inside the Club
Refunds are not applicable for:

Preference-related issues (music, crowd, ambience, etc.)

Delays in service during rush hours

Personal dissatisfaction after entry
For any issue, kindly speak to on-ground managers for assistance.
7. Table Reservations & Bottle Service

All table bookings and bottle service packages are strictly non-refundable, regardless of reason.

Tables will be held for 30 minutes from booking time.
After that, the table may be released without refund.
8. Digital Products / Memberships
Sales for:

VIP subscriptions

Special pre-sale offers
Are all final and non-refundable.
9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in:

Permanent blacklisting from future events

Legal action for fraudulent disputes
